Terms of Service
Effective date: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of searchresultrepair.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Search Result Repair (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By using the Site, requesting an assessment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide online reputation assessment, content removal requests where a legitimate path exists, search suppression, content and authority building, AI visibility work, and monitoring. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the proposal or agreement you receive after your assessment.
No guaranteed outcomes
Search engines, AI platforms, review sites, and publishers are controlled by third parties. We do not and cannot guarantee that any specific piece of content will be removed, that any result will reach or hold a particular ranking, or that outcomes will occur within a specific timeframe. We commit to honest assessments, realistic strategies, and diligent execution — not to results we do not control. Any statement on this Site describing past work or typical outcomes is illustrative, not a promise.
Not legal, medical, or financial advice
We are not a law firm, and nothing on this Site or in an assessment is legal advice. Where a matter requires legal action (for example, defamation claims or court orders), we may suggest you consult a licensed attorney. Decisions about legal remedies are yours and your counsel’s.
Assessments
Free assessments are provided for evaluation purposes so you can decide whether to engage us. They create no obligation on either side. We may decline any matter at our discretion, including matters we believe we cannot realistically help with.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement based on the scope of work and are set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been performed.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information about your situation and the content at issue.
- Only submit material you have the right to share.
- Do not use our services to suppress truthful information in furtherance of fraud, to evade legal obligations, or to harm others.
- Respond to reasonable requests needed to perform the work.
Confidentiality
We treat your case information as confidential as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may share case information with the team members and service providers directly involved in performing the work.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by the Company or its licensors. Content assets we create in the course of an engagement are licensed or assigned as described in your engagement agreement.
Third-party platforms
Our work involves third-party platforms (Google, review sites, publishers, AI systems, scheduling and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their actions, policies, availability, or changes to how they rank, display, or summarize content.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from information you provide that is false or that you did not have the right to share, or from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as described in the engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate Site access for misuse.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company’s operating entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
